On <\/font><\/font><\/strong>July <\/font><\/strong><\/font>1-2 <\/font><\/font><\/strong>and <\/font><\/strong>6-10 <\/font><\/strong>, <\/font><\/strong>2026 , <\/font><\/strong>the<\/font><\/strong> LAFF Management and Administration Committee conducted inspections and monitoring of partner financial institutions, namely: ACLEDA Lao Bank Limited at Paksong Branch, Champasak Province and the Development Bank of Laos at the head office in Vientiane Capital Province, as well as assessing the lending capacity of new financial institutions, namely: Sai Phi Samphan Bank in Savannakhet Province and Champasak Bank of Laos in Champasak Province, led by the Deputy Head of the Credit Department, who is also the Head of the LAFF Secretariat, 03 LAFF staff and 01 staff member of the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Management Department. <\/font>The <\/font><\/strong>purpose of this <\/font><\/strong>inspection and monitoring<\/font><\/strong> is to monitor the performance of partner financial institutions after receiving funds from the LAFF Fund and lending to retail customers to understand the overall situation of lending operations, benefits received from the Fund’s loans, advantages, difficulties and other problems encountered in the past. Also, assess the integrity due diligence of new financial institutions that are interested in applying for a loan from the LAFF Fund.
